Once you have an Easy Insight account, you can create a connection to Katana through the Connections page. Click on the Katana connection. Click on Authorize Access and Easy Insight will redirect you to Katana to grant access to your data. Upon granting access, you'll be returned to Easy Insight and it'll start pulling your data over. Once data is pulled over, you'll be redirected to a prebuilt dashboard to help you get started.
Easy Insight pulls over data from the following sections of Katana:
When you click on Choose Field in the report editor, you'll see the various fields available to you from your Katanas data.
You can add these different fields to build a report. For example, changing the report type to Column, then adding Source as the X Axis and Line Total in Base Currency as the measure, gives a column chart of order subtotal by order source.

Your connection is refreshed on a nightly basis. You can control when the refresh happens through the Scheduling page. If your account is on the Professional tier or higher, you can set up near real time reports at a 5 minute interval.
