This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by Easy Insight LLC through the easy-insight.com website (“Personal Information”) and the Easy Insight platform (“User Content”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information We may collect, how We use that information, with whom We share it and the options available to you regarding the retention of that information. This Privacy Policy does not speak to the practices of any third parties, including those of Our partners who may display Easy Insight branding on their sites. The Website is not intended for children and is not targeted to children under the age of 13. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. By voluntarily using an Easy Insight website you are indicating your consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms.
Personal Information - We collect e-mail addresses of those who communicate with Us via e-mail, aggregate site information, and information you volunteer (such as your name, email address, company name, etc).
Billing information - (e.g., billing details and financial information associated with your selected payment method like credit card number and expiration date). We don’t store any credit card information, and use a third party service as a credit card processor.
User Content - As part of Our Online Service, Easy Insight imports, stores and organizes data under the direction of its Customers. In this capacity, Our Customer is a data controller-processor of their data and Easy Insight acts as a data processor-sub-processor.
The Personal Information We collect is used to improve the content of Our Web pages, the quality of Our service, billing issues, and policy or product updates. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from Us, please follow the unsubscribe links in each promotional email. User Content is only used as a course of business that includes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, and technical support.
Easy Insight acts as a sub-processor for User Content, with no direct relationship with the individuals or end users whose personal data Our platform may process. Customers maintain and warranty sole responsibility over their use of Our platform, and any content that is inserted into Easy Insight and exported by Easy Insight at the direction of Customers. The collection, use, transfer, and retention of User Content processed by Easy Insight are governed by Our Customer’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.
The Personal Information We collect is not shared with or sold to third-party organizations, except to provide products or services you've requested, with your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We transfer information about you if Easy Insight is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Easy Insight will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
User Content, or unidentifiable aggregates, are never shared by Easy Insight. Customers may choose to share their User Content and are soley responsible for maintaining and/or updating the individuals with whom they share it.
Easy Insight uses a third party Tier 1 data center service provider, Amazon Web Services, to host Our Site, Services, and Software in a secure production environment that uses a firewall and other technology to reasonably prevent access from outside intruders. Data imported, processed, appended and exported by Easy Insight is encrypted while at rest and while in transit.
Although Easy Insight owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Easy Insight platform, you retain all rights to your User Content.
Customers may choose to download and/or delete their User Content from the Easy Insight platform at any time. Data deletion requires a seven (7) day waiting period. Easy Insight is not responsible for restoring User Content deleted by Customers, whether or not that deletion was intentional. If you do not delete your User Content prior to account closure, Easy Insight may retain User Content for a commercially reasonable amount of time. If you would like Us to delete your User Content for you, please email support@easy-insight.com.
Easy Insight is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Easy Insight may periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Easy Insight account and/or by placing a prominent notice on Our site.
You understand that Easy Insight uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to provide you with our services. A current list of vendors is available upon request.
In cases of onward transfer to these third parties for data of EU or Swiss individuals received pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Easy Insight is potentially liable should any issues or concerns arise.
