You can use segment filters to partition out fields in your list or tree reports into different segments that viewers can then use to turn on/off multiple fields from display in the report:
To get started with segment filters, click on Create Filter, Advanced Options, then 'Create a Segment Filter':
You'll be prompted to give the segment filter a name:
After creating the segment filters, you can assign fields to segments by clicking on Custom Field -> Manage Report Fields.
Click on the 'Segments' togggle, then fill in segment values for each field that you want to associate to a segment in the report:
